The Animan Legends?
The story Of Animuins
These legends were told as stories, ghost stories and myths. Life started in a forest with only one thing; the creek. Living in this forest were immortal beings known as rectocs and the animals. The rectocs and the animals lived in harmony with a truce. As long as the animals were protected by the rectocs they would have no need to go live in the rectocs’ sacred home that they had created which was known as Garden. The world was peaceful until humans started to invade the animals’ land. The humans, burned down homes, chopped down trees, polluted their oxygen. The animals were looking up to the rectocs for their defense but no one ever helped, until one day the rectocs were gone. One animal was curious and he decided to go hide in Garden, other animals followed and they remained hidden from the humans until the rectocs found out that the animals were living in their home. Betrayed the rectocs swore to slay every animal and human in site. The animals chose a leader the one who decided to live in Garden, to discuss what to do with the problem, until a human girl teenager entered the forest. She was interested in animals and she was always left out until the leader had decided to do something crazy. He offered her a choice to live as a human but have animal instincts. She accepted, understanding she can live in Garden if she chooses to keep it a secret. The leader never realised what he had done since she had so much power. She asked people if they wanted to join her so she wasn’t alone. They all accepted being turned into these powerful creatures. The girl still wanted a human life though but she realised she needed a name for being so powerful. She called herself an animuin (Animal+ Ruin as in ancient). One day she fell in love with another animuin who was her childhood friend. They had an animuin child together; all the animuins that wanted a human life had children until they noticed they were not getting any older. The younger animuins soon started to take shape as an animal, but bigger and stronger however they were no match for the older animuins. One day one of the older animuins found a ruby like stone. The leaders decided to call it heartvain as it made the sound of a heartbeat. An older animuin didn’t realise it’s power until he had used it to wipe out most of the older animuins only leaving the animuins that were able to take shape of an animal. The younger animuins had more children, giving those animuins abilities as well as shape shifting. The older animuins were then wiped out again with the heart vain. This kept happening, the leaders wondered if there was a way to destroy it. One time an animuin fell in love with a human. They had a child together; the animuin father realised this mistake so they locked the child up, seeing the child being pure evil. So the father named him Lucifer after the devil. Lucifer stay in the cage slowly started to enrage but his mother always went down to see him always telling him that he is good and always giving him food. One day Lucifer broke out of his cage and burned his home down. Accidently killing his mother, Lucifer tried to cry, no matter how hard no tears would come out as he was in his wolf form. Eventually a tear slipped, creating a warm feeling inside of him. Lucifer then discovered Garden and became friends with his trainer; a bald eagle named Talon. When Lucifer went to collage a few decades later he met a girl, she dropped a pencil and he went to reach it for her when he touched her hand. His hand was zapped and he suddenly felt warm. He wanted to escape the class and take some air but the girl was irresistible. After that collage day he ran towards Garden and asked Talon what was wrong with him. Talon was confused and he never knew this feeling but it was strong. Until the next day he touched the girl’s hand again and felt the temperature of her hand, it was warm like his was. Lucifer then asked for the girl’s name. She introduced herself as Lesley Lya. Soon enough they dated and six months later he proposed to her. He still didn’t know what the zap was so he just called it the spark. But he knew that he loved her and would do anything for her. Lesley loved him too so they got married. After a few weeks Lesley was pregnant. Lucifer hesitated afraid of history repeating so but he was still glad. It turned out to be a human so he was slightly agitated he wanted an animuin child but he was still happy to be a father. Six years later Lesley was pregnant again Lucifer snapped when he found out the child was a human. He wanted animuins, so he attacked Lesley, lucky for Lesley Haroni and an unknown animuin protected her. Lucifer stormed away, going out for a hunt. He killed an animuin and fed on it without realising. Talon explained to him that he will have to leave and Talon was no longer going to be his friend. Lucifer lost control nearly killing Talon until Tara chased him off. Lucifer however ran towards other animuins sick of betrayal, he told the animuins that animals do not make them as powerful. The power wanting animuins left Garden forming an army known as the keallurs. Meanwhile at Lesley’s home Haroni discussed with her that the child is pure hearted and powerful. Haroni told Lesley all the details she needed to known including that she was named after the youngest goddess Laria. Lesley liked the name and named the daughter Laria. Laria was the only member of the family who did not know her father’s history until now.
